PassepARTout Unconventional Gallery (PUG) confirms its status as a Non Conventional Gallery by bringing contemporary art to the luxury real estate market by partnering with Riva Immobilier Luxury Real Estate Immobiliare, a well-known French-Italian real estate agency leader in the sale and purchase of luxury apartments and villas throughout the French Riviera with offices in Cannes and Beausoleil (located a few steps from the Monte Carlo Casino).
An ambitious one synergistic project saw during 2022 the birth of a team with a perfect mix of experiences and with an innovative vision of living today. The mission is to qualify as a point of reference both for the real estate purchase and for the choice or creation of works of art for the customization of environments with competence and professionalism.
The initiative is aimed at promoting contemporary art through the enrichment of the living spaces proposed by Riva Immobilier with works of art capable of enhancing the personality of the elegant environments, allowing the customer to experience a unique and exciting experience, under the banner of all-Italian luxury and comfort.
The project represents one of the new signed proposals PassepARTout Unconventional Gallery with which the gallery, directed and curated by Elena Ferrari, strengthens its commitment to enhancement of art in all its forms. The expertise and over ten years of experience of Paolo Daelli, supervisor of Riva Immobilier, ensure total reliability and availability in placing the customer at the center of all attention.
The Beausoleil headquarters, located in the very central Boulevard République, a few steps from the Monte Carlo Casino, allows the events organized by PUG the maximum visibility and prestige of a refined international context. The venue is dedicated to photographic, graphic and painting exhibitions. The intense passage and the showcase on the road offer maximum visibility.
